Exchanges and returns are provided for any orders that are lost, damaged or incorrect on arrival. Please submit your request using the form above, stating your full order number. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on goods that are ordered by mistake.

9. How long will my order take to arrive?

For all items in stock, deliveries within the UK will be shipped out the next day via courier. For shipments to Nigeria, please allow up to two weeks from dispatch to delivery.
